After the referee’s starting signal, the athlete lifts the log lift off the floor, holding it above their head (1 sec). Elbows and knees must be straight, feet in line. After the referee’s command, the athlete returns the log to its starting position.

Hold the log lift on your head while pressing it from your chest and lifting both hands off the barbell during the exercise. Be sure to accompany the barbell in your hands as you lower it to knee level. Perform the exercise in a push-off from the platform.

In case of injuries to the elbow joint and inability to fully extend it, the athlete must inform the judge before entering the platform.
