Strongman, as a power and dynamic sport, is one of the best means of professional physical training for many units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine!

Therefore, the NGO «Strongman Federation of Ukraine» Since 2019, it has been actively developing and promoting strongmen in the MILITARY category! Our achievements include successful championships among patrol police, regular cups of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in strongman among law enforcement agencies, and, of course, the world championship in strongman among MILITARY at the Strong Spirit's Games festival!

Rules of execution

The shells are placed behind the starting line. The athlete stands next to the shell, holding his hand over the bag.

At the judge’s signal, the athlete lifts the bag and runs 20 meters with it, completely crossing the finish line, returns to the start and repeats the task for all shells at the starting position.

The winner is the athlete who runs the specified distance in the shortest time. If the athlete does not meet the time limit, the distance run is recorded.

Use of adhesives.

The finish is considered achieved when both bags have crossed the finish line and the athlete’s entire body has crossed the finish line. If the athlete has not completed the task within the set time, the judges will measure the distance covered.

After the referee’s starting signal, the athlete lifts the log lift off the floor, holding it above their head (1 sec). Elbows and knees must be straight, feet in line. After the referee’s command, the athlete returns the log to its starting position.

Hold the log lift on your head while pressing it from your chest and lifting both hands off the barbell during the exercise.

Be sure to accompany the barbell in your hands as you lower it to knee level.

Perform the exercise in a push-off from the platform.

In case of injuries to the elbow joint and inability to fully extend it, the athlete must inform the judge before entering the platform.

The athlete takes the suitcases in both hands and, at the judge’s signal, begins to move forward. At the end of the exercise, the athlete must carry the suitcases completely across the finish line.

Use of straps.
When moving the shot along the track, the athlete receives 5 penalty seconds for each attempt to move it.

The athlete has the right to place the shells on the floor any number of times within the time limit.
